This seminar will assist you to develop a successful approach in understanding the complexities and procedures faced when filling in pre-qualification questionnaires and responding to invitations to tender.
The seminar will cover:
Developing simple approaches to assess market opportunities and helping you decide when you should use your organisations precious time and resources to tender.
- A simple approach to marketing in the public sector - tools to enable you to identify the best opportunities for you to pursue.
- Is it worth tendering? Cost and value - should we be spending time on this or be looking elsewhere? Commercial risk.
- Pre-qualification Questionnaires - how to develop time saving methods of compliance.
- Sell your company through the PPQ - it is a marketing tool!
- A worked example of a PQQ identifying the supporting information usually required and ensuring compliance. How is a PQQ marked?
- Interviews - preparation and presentation. Key messages and difficult questions.
- Tender submission and evaluation - how ill the client review your bid and measure it against its requirements and your competitors bids?
