Debt Advisory Service
In recognition of the current economic climate we are offering a FREE debt advisory service to small and medium sized business in the Greater Manchester area. The service will be available to all businesses with less than 250 employees across the region.
It is aimed specifically at viable businesses that are beginning to experience financial issues as a result of the prevailing difficult market conditions. The key objectives of the service are to:
- Prevent business closure
- Secure jobs
The key to success will be our early involvement - as this will maximise the number of options that are available and increase the chances of a successful outcome.
A confidential review will be undertaken by one of our Business Advisers. This review will cover:
- Current trading & financial position
- Creditors - including banks & other financial institutions
- Income
- Cash Flow
- Overheads
Following this review an action plan will be agreed with the client. The Business Adviser will then support the client in improving the cash flow of the business based on the recommendations within the action plan. This may involve:
- Corresponding with HMRC
- Corresponding with key suppliers
- Prioritising payments to HMRC & suppliers
- Restructuring existing funding lines from Banks &
- other funders
- Improving sales income
- Improving profitability
- Reducing overhead expenses
This is a free service to qualifying businesses
