Our International trade Centre is home to the Northwest England chapter of the BABC which aims to enhance the North West’s position as a regional gateway between Europe and North America. The BABC Northwest team host a programme of transatlantic-relevant presentations, seminars, meetings and networking opportunities. The China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) is the leading organisation helping UK companies grow and develop their business with China. CBBC supports British companies of all sizes - new entrants and established operations - through providing business services, practical in-market assistance and industry initiatives.

The Enterprise Europe Network team compliments our range of International Trade Services by offering dedicated European specific advice and support. It is the official European Union (EU) business support network for Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and we are present in over 45 countries and 280 cities meaning we've got our fingers on the pulse of what's happening in Europe. The North West consortium is led by the Northwest Regional Development Agency and delivered through Business Support Solutions, Business Link and RTC North West.

The EEN team can offer support and guidance on a range of European issues from workshops and seminars to raise the awareness of doing business in various EU markets, to overseas missions where businesses can get a ‘hands on’ experience of doing business, networking and finding potential clients.
