Introduction
Boost Your International Capabilities
This programme will build on and add to the current programmes providing international trade support to North West companies by UKTI, NWDA and the associated network. SMEs will be offered support through a linked series of actions involving events and workshops, specialist advisory services and training programmes.
The aim is to increase the North West's Gross Value Added (GVA). Over recent years, exporting has contributed more than half to the overall growth in regional GVA. The programme will provide an intensive, linked process that will assist in developing companies' international trade capabilities and international trade development activity; will deliver internationalisation support across the North West; and will be targeted at priority RES sectors.
The programme will work closely with the network of support in the region led by UKTI.
